RENTAL RATES

 

 

All prices include heating, electricity, linen, towels, welcome food and wine.

 

 

Please note Half Term Holidays are only available for a full week booking or the costs thereof. Please enquire for dates.

 

A 50% deposit is required or full payment if booking less than 8 weeks prior to commencement of holiday. We accept UK cheques or Bank Transfers in £’s or Euros.

A refundable cash deposit of £100 is to be paid on arrival. This will be promptly returned within 7 days of departure, provided The Barn has been left in a clean and tidy condition.  Any breakages will be deducted from this amount.

For one small well behaved dog please add £30.00 per stay.

Please note: dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms or on any of the furniture. 

The Barn operates a strict no smoking policy except outside on the decking.

The £100 cash deposit will be retained should it be apparent that either the “dog” or “no-smoking” rules have not been adhered to.
